Needs workout instructions & setup
By FashionablyWired (Columbia, SC) on Apr 10, 2009
I think the machine is fine -- once you figure out how to use it. A DVD would be nice to have a short workout. Some info about the computer would also be helpful.

Great Work Out!
By tridemall (Bradenton, FL) on Jul 2, 2009
I used mine until it finally wore out. I loved the way that it was so easy to store, after using it. And, it is so light weight that you can move it to anywhere in the house. Great tension from the hydrolics and perfect with upper body 3 lb weights or the rubber cords. It doesn't take a genius t... (Read more)

great stepper, but needs info on getting started
By Gammy (St. Matthews, SC) on Aug 4, 2009
Had a hard time figuring out how to set it up. I would like it better if there were some kind of workout instructions or DVD included.

Great workout, small space
By Walkfit2 (Detroit, MI) on Nov 19, 2009
This is a surprising little machine. For those who need instructions...they are in the bag...it's not rocket science. I have been working out for 30 years and recently had to ease up...it's perfect while reading a book (kill two birds with one workout) or if one uses the cords it gets the heart pump... (Read more)

Good But Needs Manual or DVD
By luuna (PA) on Jan 6, 2010
I had the same experience as others--no problem setting up, but couldn't figure out how to get the pedals to move. Nordic Track referred me to Weidner, who makes the stepper. The solution is easy: loosen the tension by turning the knob counter clockwise until the cable on the pulley is very slack. T... (Read more)

Will kick your butt!
By The Bo (Los Angeles) on Feb 1, 2010
The clock mount always falls off when you move it around but aside from that, the stepper is a great work out if you commit yourself to doing it for an extended period of time. Use the straps and you'll start sweating before you know it. Great to plop down in front of the PC or the TV and watch some... (Read more)

Great Workout at a Great Price!
By Lisa (West Haven, CT) on Feb 12, 2010
Wow, this little guy is a lot tougher than he looks! I am a female, 5'8 and weight 250 lbs. I am sweating after just a few minutes. I am very out of shape, and this machine gives me a run for my money. I've only had it a few days, but it seems very sturdy and well made. As with other reviews I ha... (Read more)

I just recently bought this machine and a weighted vest. The setup was easy and it is so convenient I just hop on use the tubes or read a book. I have the 20lb weighted vest and can feel it working my legs great. I hope my rear too!! So small you can pack it in the car to take on trips with you.... (Read more)

This is exciting
By SteppingUp (Oakland, CA) on Apr 24, 2010
I just got this machine, and I am thrilled with this product. In a short workout, it felt like I had just run a mile - only without the impact on my joints. It is almost unbelievable that such a small machine could be so effective. I'm really looking forward to exercising.
(Note: As mentioned in... (Read more)

Small machine, Big sweat
By tryingtobefit (Ft. Laud, FL) on May 4, 2010
Great value for the price. There is no real set up other than attaching the little clock timer thing. However, at FIRST use, it took me a while to figure out that I had to really pull/push the pedals hard with my hands to get it going. Then I jumped on and away I went. The clock thingy does not stay... (Read more)

Mini Stepper - A savior
By Davebronx (Bronx, NY) on Aug 29, 2010
This has been my solution to fitness. I was very sick several years in a row. I didn't have the energy or money to go to the gym. I bought one of these and started slowly. I've noticed the change in my body and stamina gradually since I started this just about 16 months ago and my doctor is amaz... (Read more)

Works Great. Small Space Storage
By zeeke (St Cloud, MN) on Feb 16, 2009
I don't have room for any equipment of size in my apartment so I looked for some thing small. This mini stepper really has worked out perfectedly for me. It is very solidly built, smooth action and has two rubber resistance cords that really add to your workout. I want to get a light workout and sta... (Read more)
