 Good service but not the right machine for me

I got the skier. It was pretty easy to assemble. I had a hard time using it because one of the rollers was sticking. I called customer service and they sent me another roller with no problem. Installing the new roller was pretty straight forward and took maybe 10 minutes. But I never really cau... (Read more)

In general the machine is what is expected. Acceptable workmanship all around. I have been using the machine for a long time daily 30 minutes at a good pace. I have had a Nordic Track Ski machine since 1991.Best exercise ever.I am a Jockey, so weight is a big issue for me. My Nordic Track ski machinehas helped me keep it down. I really love my skiier! It offers a great workout and helped me get into shape before downhill skiing this season. I have a history of joint problems (elbows and hips) and the skiier doesn't bother my joints at all, great non-impact exercise!
